ONE Fight Night 28 on Prime Video – Complete Results

ONE Championship had 10 exciting martial arts matches for its return to U.S. primetime on Friday, February 7.

ONE Fight Night 28 saw MMA, Muay Thai, and submission grappling take center stage in Bangkok, Thailand, at Lumpinee Stadium.

Prajanchai PK Saenchai successfully defended the ONE Strawweight Muay Thai World Title in the main event with a spectacular showcase of his tactical brilliance. Prajanchai picked Ellis Badr Barboza apart over the course of their match and into the championship rounds. Eventually, it all became too much when an elbow sliced through and opened a gash on Barboza’s face. The doctor called a stop to the contest, awarding Prajanchai a standout victory.

Zhang Lipeng is no stranger to first-round finishes, and he added a 22nd with his TKO over Hiroyuki Tetsuka. Zhang clipped Tetsuka to put him on the canvas, but the devastating follow-up ground and pound shots turned off the lights. The massive victory instantly made Zhang a name to watch in the welterweight division.

Felipe Lobo reasserted his dominance over Saemapetch Fairtex in their Muay Thai rematch. Lobo got the technical knockdown with four total knockdowns in their three rounds of action. The win puts Lobo back in the hunt for the gold and proves his power is still a threat at any moment of the match.

Knees on the ground are a game-changer. Carlo Bumina-ang went right after Song Min Jong, and once he was on the ground a single knee quickly set the course for the end of the match. Song tried to recover, but Bumina-ang continued his onslaught until the match was called.

Aliff Sor Dechapan needed only 70 seconds to oust Shamil Adukhov. Aliff felt out his opponent in the early going with a few leg kicks and punches, but once he had a read on Abdukhov he struck precisely. A strong hook connected, and Adukhov could not regain his bearings to continue the bout.
